Wash and dry all produce. Quarter @lime{2}. Thinly slice @cucumber{2} into rounds. Halve @grape tomatoes{8}.

Pat @steak{20%oz} dry with @paper towels. Thinly slice crosswise. Transfer to a #medium bowl{} and season with @sesame ginger crunch{16}, a pinch of @salt{}, and a pinch of @black pepper{}.

Heat a drizzle @olive oil{1} in a #large pan{} preferably nonstick, over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook, stirring occasionally, until desired doneness, ~{3-5%minutes}. In the last minute, stir in @garlic ginger scallion paste{2}, half @sweet chili sauce{2}, and @lime{1}.

Meanwhile, in a #small bowl{}, whisk together @rice vinegar{20}, remaining @sweet chili sauce{2}, @olive oil{2} and juice from one @lime wedge{} (or two lime wedges for four servings).

In a #large bowl{}, toss @mixed greens{8}, @cucumber{2}, and @grape tomatoes{8} with as much of the dressing as you like. Season with @salt{} and @pepper{}.

Divide salad between bowls. Top with steak. Garnish with @crispy fried onions{2} and @peanuts{1}. Serve with remaining @lime wedges{2} on the side.
